He has been married for over fifty years and he and his wife Judy have three daughters and eight grand children. Connolly worked in the new car business for over thirty years plus owned and operated bars and nightclubs along with other enterprises.
His experience in Real Estate, Nightclubs, and the criminal justice system and the people he has met has given him good bases for the writing of this novel. After retiring, he and Judy moved to Dallas, Oregon and he began painting and became interested in writing. Red White and Gold is the forth novel he has written and has had published by AuthorHouse.
